By placing an order with us, you agree to this policy.
1. Order Cancellation by Customer
Customers may cancel an order only under the following conditions:
The order can be canceled before it has been shipped.
Once the order status is marked as “Shipped”, cancellation is no longer possible.
To request cancellation, customers must contact us as soon as possible with their Order ID.

If the order is successfully canceled, the refund will be processed as per our Refund Policy.
2. Order Cancellation by Pooltra
Pooltra reserves the right to cancel an order under certain circumstances, including but not limited to:
Product out of stock
Incorrect pricing or product information
Payment issues or suspected fraudulent transactions
Incomplete or incorrect customer details
Unforeseen circumstances beyond our control
In such cases, the customer will be notified and a full refund will be processed if payment was already made.
3. Refund Timeline for Canceled Orders
If an order is canceled before shipment and payment was already completed:
Refund will be initiated within 3–5 working days
The credited amount may take additional time depending on the bank/payment provider
Refunds will always be made to the original payment method.
