Obvious Pricing or Listing Errors

If a product is listed at an obviously incorrect price because of a typographical, technical, system or configuration error, we may contact you before fulfilment to offer the option to proceed at the correct price or cancel the affected item or order and issue an applicable refund. Nothing in this provision limits rights available under applicable law.

8. Orders, Confirmation and Acceptance

Adding an item to the cart does not reserve the item or create a binding sale. When you submit an order, you make an offer to purchase the selected products subject to these Terms.

An automated order acknowledgement, receipt or payment-related email confirms that we have received your order or payment information. It does not necessarily mean that the order has been finally accepted for fulfilment.

An order is accepted when we confirm acceptance, commence fulfilment, dispatch the product, or otherwise communicate that the order has been accepted.

We may refuse, place on hold or cancel an order for legitimate reasons, including:

• Incorrect pricing, product information or technical errors;
• Payment failure, reversal or inability to verify payment;

A payment link does not guarantee product availability. An unpaid order may be cancelled automatically or manually after a reasonable period.

If money is debited but the order is not confirmed, contact us with the relevant order and transaction details. Payment reconciliation and reversal times may depend on the payment provider or financial institution.

10. Shipping, Delivery and Fulfilment

We may use third-party manufacturers, print providers, fulfilment partners, warehouses, postal operators and courier services to produce, pack and deliver orders.

Delivery estimates are provided in good faith and are not guaranteed unless expressly stated otherwise. Delivery times may be affected by:

• Destination and shipping method;

• Weather, natural events or transportation disruption;

Delivery Address

If you notice an address error, contact us immediately. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after processing or fulfilment has started.

Additional costs arising from an incorrect, incomplete, inaccessible or undeliverable address may be the customer’s responsibility to the extent permitted by law.

Tracking and Delivery Status

Tracking information may be provided where available. Tracking updates are supplied by fulfilment or delivery partners and may be delayed or temporarily inaccurate.

Where tracking indicates delivery but you cannot locate the parcel, check the delivery location, household members, reception, building management, neighbours or local carrier, and then contact us promptly so that the matter can be reviewed.

Split Shipments

Products in the same order may be produced or fulfilled from different facilities and may arrive in separate packages or on different dates. Separate delivery does not necessarily mean that an item is missing.

Risk and Ownership

Risk of loss and ownership will transfer in accordance with applicable law. Nothing in these Terms reduces any mandatory rights or remedies relating to delivery, damaged goods or non-delivery.

11. International Orders, Customs and Import Charges

Unless expressly stated at checkout that such charges are included, the recipient may be responsible for paying duties, import taxes, customs charges and related fees. These charges are determined by authorities or third parties and are generally outside Pooltra’s control.

Customers are responsible for checking whether products may lawfully be imported into their destination and for providing information reasonably required for customs clearance.

Customs delays are outside our direct control. Refusal to pay lawful import charges or failure to complete customs requirements may result in delay, return, abandonment or disposal of a shipment. Any refund eligibility will be assessed under applicable law and our published policies, taking account of recoverable product, shipping, return, customs and handling costs where legally permitted.

Unavailable or Restricted Destinations

Pooltra does not currently offer shipping to the following destinations or regions:

• Cuba;
• Iran;
• North Korea;
• Crimea, Donetsk and Luhansk regions;
• Ukraine;
• Russia;

• Syria.

This list may change because of carrier availability, fulfilment limitations, sanctions, trade controls, payment restrictions, security conditions or legal and regulatory requirements. We may decline or cancel an order that cannot lawfully or reliably be processed, fulfilled or delivered.

12. Order Cancellations

Cancellation eligibility depends on the order status, product type, fulfilment progress and applicable law. Customers may be able to cancel an eligible order from the My Account → Orders area while the cancellation option remains available.

Once production, processing, printing, customisation, packing or shipment has started, cancellation may no longer be possible, particularly for personalised, customised or made-to-order products.

Pooltra may cancel an order for the legitimate reasons described in these Terms. If we cancel a paid order, the applicable refund will be processed in accordance with applicable law and our policies.

13. Returns, Replacements and Refunds

Return, replacement and refund eligibility depends on factors including the product, reason for the request, condition of the item, timing of the request, destination and applicable consumer law.

Please inspect your order promptly after delivery. If an item is damaged, defective, incorrect, incomplete or materially different from what was ordered, contact us within the period stated in our Refund & Return Policy and provide:

• Order number;
• Description of the issue;
• Clear photographs or video reasonably showing the product, packaging, label and issue;
• Any other information reasonably required to review the request.

Do not return a product without following the applicable return instructions. Unauthorised returns may be delayed, refused or returned to the sender where permitted by law.

Products should generally be returned unused, unworn, unwashed and in their original condition with applicable tags and packaging, except where the request concerns a defect or where applicable law provides otherwise.

Certain products may be excluded from change-of-mind returns where permitted by law, including personalised, customised or made-to-order products and products that cannot be returned for hygiene, health or safety reasons after opening or use.

Approved refunds are generally issued to the original payment method unless another method is required or agreed. Bank, card, wallet and payment-provider processing times may apply after Pooltra initiates the refund.

14. Discounts, Coupons, Promotions and Gift Offers

Promotions, coupon codes, discounts, free-shipping offers, giveaways and other offers may be subject to separate eligibility requirements, validity periods, product or location restrictions, minimum order values, usage limits and other conditions communicated with the offer.

Unless expressly stated otherwise:

• Offers cannot be combined with other offers;
• Only one coupon or promotional code may be used per order;
• Offers have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash;
• Discounts do not apply retrospectively to completed purchases;

Where liability may lawfully be limited, Pooltra’s aggregate liability arising from a particular order will not exceed the amount paid to Pooltra for the product or order giving rise to the claim.

This limitation does not reduce any refund, replacement, repair, compensation or other remedy that must be provided under applicable consumer law.
